FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and concerns a method of studying biological objects using thin-walled reinforced gel preparations. Method consists in the fact that into the gel introduced is a sterile solution containing silver cations, which can lead to generation of metal nanocrystalline structures in case of contact with reducing molecules. Gel in liquid state is reinforced by applying the gel on a fragment of a transparent, inert nylon fabric lying horizontally on a glass surface. To start the cation reduction reaction, the sources of biogenic cation reducing molecules are brought into contact with the surface of the reinforced gel preparation and the reducing activity of the analysed biological objects is assessed by their ability to secrete cation reducing molecules, which is recorded by the change in spectral characteristics or colour of the reinforced gel preparation, which occurs during generation of nanocrystalline cation reduction products.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of studying biological objects using thin-walled reinforced gel preparations.
