FIELD: pipes; welding.
SUBSTANCE: production line of welded pipes with multiple welds is proposed. Production line comprises first unwinding device (k1), on which first rolled strip material (jw1) is placed, and a second unwinding device (k2), on which second rolled strip material (jw2) is placed, wherein first rolled strip material (jw1) comprises first welding edge (jw1b) and second rolled strip material (jw2) comprises second welding edge (jw2b). Production line additionally comprises pressure roller device (y) and welding device (h), wherein first unwinding device (k1) and second unwinding device (k2) can unwind first rolled strip material (jw1) and second rolled strip material (jw2), respectively, pressing roller device (y) can connect unwound parts of first rolled strip material (jw1) and second rolled strip material (jw2) in lateral direction to each other and press end-for-end first welding edge (jw1b) and second welding edge (jw2b) to each other, and welding device (h) can weld first rolled strip material (jw1) and second rolled strip material (jw2) to form continuous plate-shaped material (w). In addition, there are a plurality of unwinding devices, which can respectively unwind rolled strip materials, the unwound materials can be laterally connected to each other, and welding edges can be pressed butt to each other by means of pressure roller device, and unwound materials can form wider continuous material of plate shape as a result of welding by means of welding device.
EFFECT: invention provides a production line of welded pipes with multiple welds, which can produce material of large diameter by using the technology of longitudinal welded steel pipes.
