where R1 is hydrogen or methyl, R2 is hydrogen or OMe, A is -(CH2)5- or para-phenylene (-C4H6-), as well as methods of their production.
EFFECT: novel compounds are obtained, which have inhibitory activity on histone deacetylase (HDAC) and can be used in medicine for treating oncological diseases.
