SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns in vitro diagnostics of Sjögren's disease. Patient’s peripheral blood is analysed to determine the relative number of cells of subpopulations of CD8+ T-lymphocytes: CD162dimTc2, CD162dimTcyt, CD162dimTc1, CD162dimTc17.1. Sjögren's disease is diagnosed if relative number of subpopulation cells CD162dimTc2 > 30 %, and/or relative number of subpopulation cells CD162dimTcyt > 25%, and/or relative number of subpopulation cells CD162dimTc1 > 24%, and/or relative number of subpopulation cells CD162dimTc17.1 > 22%.

EFFECT: more accurate diagnosis of Sjögren's disease, reduced time for diagnosis in real clinical practice.
