SUBSTANCE: method for processing a device based on a solar cell for the subsequent formation of conductive wiring includes detecting at least one inconsistency in the surface of semiconductor substrate having an active area of the solar cell formed in it, determining a topological pattern of the application for the formation of conductive wiring so that a conductive line of conductive wiring avoids the detected at least one inconsistency by passing the specified conductive line over the surface of semiconductor substrate in such a way that to ensure the collection of electric current generated by the device based on the solar cell, and selective application of conductive wiring material to substrate according to the topological pattern of the application.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude the deterioration of characteristics of elements, which is the result of overlapping metal wiring with inconsistencies in semiconductor layers.
