FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the application of a pattern of electrical conductors to a solar cell. In a method for applying an electrical conductor to a solar cell, a flexible membrane is provided with a groove pattern made on the first surface of the membrane, and grooves are loaded with a composition containing conductive particles having electrical conductivity, or the composition can be given with electrical conductivity. After loading the membrane, a contact is provided between the first surface of the membrane equipped with grooves and the front and/or back side of the solar cell. Then, pressure is applied to a section between the solar cell and the membrane, as a result of which the composition loaded into grooves is attached to the solar cell. The membrane and the solar cell are disconnected from each other, and the composition in the groove remains on the surface of the solar cell. Electrically conductive particles in the composition are then sintered or otherwise fused to form the pattern of the electrical conductor on the solar cell, wherein the pattern corresponds to the pattern made in the membrane.
EFFECT: prevention of restrictions on the resolution of conductor lines and their exact placement.
