FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of electroconductive pattern. Technical result is achieved due to that method (200, 300, 500) for obtaining electroconductive pattern on substrate (202, 402) comprises steps of: providing electroconductive solid particles on the region of the substrate in the form of given pattern (508), where pattern (403) comprises contact area (404B) for connection to the electronic component and conductive structure (404A), having at least portion (414) adjacent to the contact area, heating the conductive particles to a temperature higher than the characteristic melting point of the particles, to establish melt (510), and pressing the melt to the substrate in the clamp, the temperature of the contact part of which is lower than the above characteristic melting point, for solidification of particles, to form mainly electrically continuous layer within contact area and within conductive structure in accordance with pattern (512), in which heat capacities of contact area and at least adjacent part of conducting structure are configured, in fact, equal.
EFFECT: technical result is increased provision of controlled heat transfer and thermal control during heating, melting and hardening.
