SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and can be used in medicine. Invention discloses methods of producing an isolated population of immune cells not inducing a graft-versus-host reaction (GVHD), having a central memory T-lymphocyte (Tcm) phenotype, wherein said cells are tolerance-inducing cells and/or have disease activity, and are also capable of returning to lymph nodes after transplantation.
EFFECT: disclosed are antiviral veto cells of central memory CD8+ in haploidentical stem cell transplantation.
