FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining asynergy zones in the course of pharmacological stress-echo-cardiography using 16-sectored charting method. When available, the interatrial artery injury is determined in three zones using prognosis coefficients. Their values are interpreted in terms of stenotic injury availability in the artery zones under study. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis in determining stenosis localization.
