FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endovascular cardiac surgery, and can be used for treating aortic stenosis. Through introducer 6F of the left common femoral artery (CFA), a J-shaped guide is brought into an aortic root, along which an AL2 catheter is brought. The guide wire is replaced with a straight one with its further insertion through the under-opened prosthesis into the left ventricular cavity, replacing the catheter with PigTail and the guide with a super-rigid one. Then introducer 6F in the left CFA is replaced with introducer 12F, and a balloon catheter of the appropriate size is inserted along the super-rigid guide in the position of the aortic valve prosthesis. Post-dilatation of the aortic valve prosthesis is performed under conditions of high-frequency cardiac pacing with subsequent removal of the delivery system.
EFFECT: method provides reduction of postoperative complications, increases survival rate of patients due to parallel post-dilatation of the prosthesis in case of under-opening of the aortic valve prosthesis.
