FIELD: agricultural production.

SUBSTANCE: used in animal husbandry for preparation of liquid feed with a high sugar content. The plant consists of a container with a temperature sensor and a control valve, pipelines with the required number of valves and gates connecting the installation units into a single water circuit, and a centrifugal pump for circulating liquid through the water circuit of the plant. On the suction pipe of the centrifugal pump, a removable passive cavitator-disperser is installed in the water circuit to heat the process fluid passing through it and grind the grain. On the inner cylindrical surface of the cavitator-disperser, pins are mounted radially in a spiral, and a ceramic ring heater is installed on the outer surface.

EFFECT: improving the productivity of the plant and reducing the power capacity of the feed preparation process.
