SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, in particular to a method for preparing molasses from grain cereals. Method includes feeding the grain to a pre-treatment, discharging the processed grain material into a storage bin, dosed loading in the capacity of the molasses plant, filled with the necessary amount of water with the enzyme dissolved in it, constantly circulating through the closed water circuit of the plant. Grain for pre-treatment is fed to the flattening roller grain conditioner. Circulation of the water mixture in the molasses plant is carried out by a centrifugal pump, and to warm up a mixture of water with the enzyme dissolved in it and the crushed grain to the optimum temperature for fermentation, it is sent to a passive cavitator built into the water circuit of the plant.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to avoid the formation of lumps, improve the quality of the product and reduce the cost of its production.
