FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for deliberate pollination of a cereal crop includes: (i) tracking changes in one or more parameters in the period of time from 12:00 to 23:59 for one or more days, wherein said one or more parameters are selected from a group consisting of: temperature, steam pressure deficit, relative humidity, and (ii) deliberate pollination of said crop with collected and stored pollen, wherein said pollination is started upon reaching at least one of the following periods of time: a. when temperature is from 7 °C to 38 °C and below the previously monitored temperature on the same day for at least thirty minutes, b. when the steam pressure deficit is from 0.1 kPa to 1.5 kPa and below the previously tracked steam pressure deficit on the same day for at least thirty minutes, c. when the relative humidity is from 75 % to 98 % and higher than the previously tracked relative humidity on the same day for at least thirty minutes.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency, increase crop capacity, improve content of oils, starch, protein both in hybrids of seed crops, and in self-pollinated and sib-pollinated cereal crops.
