FIELD: oil industry; performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry equipment, namely to units for separation of products of oil wells into oil and water. Method of controlling the process of preliminary discharge of water from an oil well includes supply of crude oil with oil gas, which is carried out via a crude oil supply pipeline, into a pipe insert into a well plugged with a packer. After the well is filled, separation takes place. Partially dehydrated oil with oil gas is lifted up the borehole along the annular space formed by the outer surface of the pipe insert and the inner surface of the well and tapped via the oil discharge pipeline. Amount of water discharged via internal string is measured, as well as partially dehydrated oil and oil gas from annular space of the well. Amount of discharged water, dehydrated oil and oil gas is controlled. Content of residual oil in discharged water is determined. Limit of its maximum allowable content in discharged water is set. At that, the amount of discharge of the discharged water, partially dehydrated oil and oil gas is controlled by changing the number of revolutions of the submersible pump pumping water through the internal column, depending on the content of residual oil in the discharged water, by increasing the number of revolutions of the submersible pump with decreasing content of residual oil in the discharged water and reducing the number of revolutions with increasing content of residual oil in it.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency and reducing labour intensity of the process of regulating the operation of the well for preliminary water discharge with increasing efficiency of fluid dehydration.
