FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: switch circuit includes four differential keys connected by a common input and having four different outputs, consisting of non-inverting complementary pairs of MOS transistors and inverting complementary pairs of MOS transistors. At that, in parallel to n-type transistors in keys p-type transistors are introduced, also digital unit is introduced so that inputs of first, second, third and fourth differential keys are connected to output of control unit, input of the first differential key is connected to the input of the second differential key, the input of the third differential key and the input of the fourth differential key, and outputs of the differential keys are connected to loads, respectively.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of switches, increase of power and speed of signal operation between four channels, with possibility of digital control, with preservation of minimum losses, maximum isolation and wide band of operating frequencies.
