SUBSTANCE: surface material of the absorbent product according to the present invention has a skin-facing surface and a non-skin-facing surface. Skin-facing surface includes a plurality of convex portions and a plurality of concave portions located between the plurality of convex portions. Surface material comprises an upper layer making up the skin-facing surface and a lower layer making up the non-skin-facing surface. Convex portion includes a hollow portion, and the hollow portion is located between the upper layer and the lower layer. Fibre making up the skin-facing surface of the upper layer forming the hollow section and the fibre making up the skin-facing surface of the upper layer include a fibre containing a metal oxide antibacterial agent, which is a fibre containing a metal oxide antibacterial agent.
