SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an absorbent product. Absorbent product according to the present invention comprises an absorbent element and a surface material located on the side of the absorbent element facing the skin. Absorbent member comprises a pair of deformation-inducing portions, each of which extends longitudinally in the crotch region and is positioned so as to locate a centre therebetween in the transverse direction, central area located between a pair of deforming parts, and a side region located outside the central region in the transverse direction. Surface material includes a first region overlapping with a central region in a plan view and comprising a fibre containing a metal oxide antibacterial agent, and a second region located outside the first region in the transverse direction and containing a smaller amount of the metal oxide antibacterial agent to be admixed than the first region.

EFFECT: disclosed is an absorbent product.
