FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a nucleotide for enzymatic production of L-threonine, containing a nucleotide sequence formed as a result of a mutation consisting in the replacement of guanine (G) with thymine (T) in 520th base of the coding sequence of the spoT gene presented in SEQ ID NO: 13, where the sequence of the mutant nucleotide is a sequence presented in SEQ ID NO: 14. Also disclosed are a recombinant protein for enzymatic production of L-threonine, encoded by said nucleotide, a vector containing said nucleotide, a recombinant bacterium containing said nucleotide, their use for enzymatic production of L-threonine, as well as a method of constructing said recombinant bacteria.
EFFECT: invention provides production of L-threonine in high concentration.
