Corynebacterium bacterium is proposed for the production of L-glutamic acid, a method for producing L-glutamic acid using said bacterium, protein and nucleic acid molecule for producing L-glutamic acid. Invention also discloses a recombinant microorganism for producing L-glutamic acid containing said nucleic acid molecule, a method for construction thereof and a method for producing L-glutamic acid using same. Invention also discloses use of said nucleic acid molecule for engineering genetically modified bacteria to produce L-glutamic acid, method for increasing production of L-glutamic acid in Corynebacterium bacteria using said nucleic acid molecule.
