SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a bacterium of the genus Corynebacterium for producing L-glutamic acid, a method for producing L-glutamic acid using said bacterium, a protein and a nucleic acid molecule for producing L-glutamic acid. Also disclosed are a recombinant microorganism for producing L-glutamic acid, containing said nucleic acid molecule, a method of constructing said microorganism and a method of producing L-glutamic acid using said microorganism. Also disclosed is the use of said nucleic acid molecule to construct a genetically modified bacterium for producing L-glutamic acid, method for increasing production of L-glutamic acid in Corynebacterium bacteria using said nucleic acid molecule.
