FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermophysical measurements, namely to measurement of radiant heat flux during thermal tests of aircraft elements in radiation heating installations. Disclosed is a cooled heat flow sensor (HFS) made according to the Gordon scheme, comprising a sensitive element connected to the housing, electrodes and a cooling device, wherein HFS and cooling device are made as separate elements with possibility of their assembly into a single whole due to application of thread on HFS body outer part, at that, the sensitive element is made on the basis of a differential iron-constant thermocouple so that the central electrode and the housing are made of iron, and the heat-absorbing part is made of constantan foil. Also, in this cooled HFS, the space under the heat-absorbing element is made in the form of three cylinders of different diameters.

EFFECT: providing high accuracy of measuring heat flow, as well as simplifying the technology of making a heat flow sensor.
