FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of thermophysical measurements and can be used for calibration of heat flow sensors (HFS) during ground tests in installations of radiation heating. Disclosed is a method for calibrating heat flow sensors, comprising generating a heat flow in a given range, generating a heat flow, recording the output signal of the analysed and reference sensors and matching the signal of the investigated sensor and the measured heat flux density, where the heat flux in the required range is obtained using an infrared heater equipped with a reflector based on linear halogen lamps. Lamps are arranged in two rows so that lamps of one row form angle of 90°, and thermal effect on heat flow sensors is performed for all groups, in which there is at least one reference heat flow sensor, in the same plane with which several analysed heat flow sensors are mounted. Readings of reference and analysed sensors are recorded synchronously with the thermal effect, and the calibration characteristic for each analysed sensor is formed by the reference sensor, which is at a minimum distance.

EFFECT: simplified method of calibrating HFS in conditions of mass production of heat flow sensors.
