FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of thermophysical measurements and can be used for calibration of heat flow sensors (HFS) during ground tests in radiation heating installations. Disclosed is a method for calibrating a heat flow sensor, comprising generating a heat flow by a concentrator, formation of heat flow at the inlet of the hollow trap, installation of the investigated heat flow sensor at the outlet of the hollow trap, recording the output signal of the analysed sensor and bringing the signal of the analysed heat flow sensor into compliance with the reference heat flow density. Heat flow is generated by concentration of solar radiation at the input of a hollow trap of the type of bodies of revolution. At the outlet of the trap, a device is mounted to place the investigated heat flow sensor, and a ring with solar radiation sensors is mounted on the outer surface of the trap. Measured values of the solar radiation sensors are used to determine the heat flow density at the output of the solar radiation trap, which corresponds to the reference heat flow density. Based on the found heat flux density values at the output of the solar radiation trap, a calibration curve of the investigated heat flux sensor is plotted and the investigated heat flux sensor is calibrated.

EFFECT: simplified procedure of calibrating heat flow sensors in comparison with known methods.
