FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermophysical measurements, namely to measurement of radiant heat flux during thermal tests of aircraft elements in radiation heating installations. Disclosed is a cooled heat flow sensor, the sensitive element of which is made according to the Gordon scheme, where the cooling device is made of three components: base in the form of a cylinder with an internal thread for mounting a sensitive element and with a coarse thread on the outside, on which the second cylinder is mounted in a hot way so that a continuous spiral channel of coolant flow is formed from the foot of the base to the top of the cylinder, and on the obtained assembly, an external casing is mounted with a gap relative to the second cylinder, wherein an input tube is mounted at the beginning of the spiral channel to the foot of the base, coolant is discharged via gap between second cylinder and outer casing via discharge tube fitted in base foot.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring heat flux owing to broader functional capabilities of the sensor and reliability of use.
