FIELD: smoking accessories.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aerosol-generating article for use with an aerosol-generating device with induction heating. Product comprises a liquid reservoir for storage of an aerosol-forming liquid. Article further comprises a liquid-carrying current collector for transferring an aerosol-forming liquid from the liquid container to an area outside said liquid container, as well as for induction heating of a liquid forming an aerosol under the effect of an alternating magnetic field to generate an aerosol. Current-receiving unit comprises a bundle of filaments from a plurality of inductively heated filaments. Bundle of threads comprises a first absorbent section, a second absorbent section and a middle section between the first absorbent section and the second absorbent section. Each of the first absorbent section and the second absorbent section is located at least partially in the liquid container, and the middle section is located in the area outside the said liquid container. At least along the middle section, said plurality of threads are arranged parallel to each other. Present invention also relates to an aerosol generating system comprising such an aerosol generating article and an aerosol generating device for use with the article.

EFFECT: technical result is to facilitate the manufacture of the product and improve the absorbency.
