FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas turbine engine building, in particular, to a structure of ignition plugs of gas turbine industrial units. Proposed is an ignition plug for a gas turbine engine, containing a main tubular body with a spark-forming insulator installed therein with an inner channel, accommodating a center electrode, a metal sleeve fixed in the main body of the plug and pressing the spark-forming insulator to the inner end of the main body forming a lateral electrode of the plug, a sealing insulator with legs and an inner channel with a conductive shaft fixed therein in a glass sealing agent, installed supported by the collar of the additional body and fastened therein with a copper wedge sleeve facing by the large cross-section thereof in the direction of the spark-forming insulator, and a glass sealing sleeve covering the sealing insulator, screen tube, collet connecting the conductor rod with the central electrode. The plug additionally comprises no less than one intermediate body and a mounting body, wherein an additional body is partially located in the mounting body and connected therewith by welding, and the intermediate body is located between the main and the mounting bodies, wherein the mounting, intermediate and main bodies are not in contact, a ceramic tube is additionally located in the main body, an intermediate insulator is placed in the intermediate body, and an additional insulator is installed in the mounting body, in addition to the inner channel of the main insulator, the central electrode is located in the inner channels of the ceramic tube, intermediate insulator and additional insulator, wherein the intermediate insulator is installed supported by the collar of the intermediate body and fastened therein with a metal sleeve fixed in the intermediate body by welding.
EFFECT: provided increase in the manufacturability of assembly of the plugs as part of burners of promising low-emission combustion chambers due to elimination of the influence of mutual runouts of the surfaces of the special sleeve and the ignition plug on the assemblability thereof.
