FIELD: gas-turbine and jet engines. SUBSTANCE: semiconductor spark-plug has tubular body 1, side electrode 2, insulator 3 with semiconductor working element and central electrode 6 installed in it with the use of glass sealant 5 and shield ceramic pipe 7 placed into circular gap between walls of body 1 and stem of insulator 3. Body 1 has collar for installation of side electrode 2 and insulator 3 is fixed in body 1 with the help of bushing 9 welded to body 1. Ring 11 is interference fitted on stem of insulator 3 in circular gap. Glass sealant 12 is put between faces of ring 11 and shield ceramic bushing 7. Bushing is positioned in circular gap between insulator 3 and ring 11. EFFECT: increased heat resistance and prolonged service life. 1 dwg
