SUBSTANCE: oral film preparation includes a drug layer and a non-drug layer, where the drug layer contains (a) luseoglyflozin, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of luseoglyflozin, or a hydrate thereof, (b) a water-soluble polymer, (c) crystalline cellulose and (d) hydrogenated maltose starch powder and D-mannitol, and the non-drug layer contains (e) a water-soluble polymer.
EFFECT: disclosed is an oral film preparation containing luseogliflozin, which provides both fast dissolution and stability of the preparation.
