FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to measurement equipment and are intended for compensation of temperature errors in resistance increment steps generator when the ambient temperature changes relative to 20 °C within the operating temperature range of high-speed measuring systems, in which this former is used for metrological verification and calibration.

EFFECT: reduction of temperature errors to the specified value due to reduction of TCR of the reference resistor and circuits of m-1 and n-1 resistors intended for formation of resistance increment steps in the resistance increment step generator at ambient temperature variation in the specified range.
