FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and is intended for automatic generation of a given number of discrete values of resistance increment relative to nominal resistance of resistive strain gauges when conducting with required accuracy of metrological studies, verification and calibration of channels for measuring signals of strain gauges of high-speed measuring systems. Automatic calibrator of channels for measuring resistance increments of resistive strain gauges of multichannel measurement system includes a signal simulator, which includes two switches and a generator of stages of resistance increment, comprising two circuits of series-connected resistors, wherein one circuit consists of m resistors and has m + 1 outputs, the second circuit consists of n resistors and has n + 1 outputs, outputs of each switch are combined and represent measuring output of automatic calibrator, and control device containing logical elements OR and AND, signal generator "zero setting", binary counters and decoders. Additionally, a resistor stage includes a reference resistor, to which a circuit of m resistors is connected on one side, and a circuit of n resistors is connected on the other side, besides, the outputs of these circuits are the first and second current outputs of the automatic calibrator. Application of this invention will make it possible to generate in automatic calibrator the required amount (more than 20) stages of increment of resistance of resistance strain gage and will enable to perform in automatic mode and with specified accuracy of metrological investigations, calibration and calibration of channels for measuring increment of resistance of strain gauges of high-speed measuring systems.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of functional capabilities of automatic calibrator.
