SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of suppressing fragmentation and high-explosive effects of explosion and can be used to isolate explosive or suspicious objects. Explosion localiser for isolation of explosive and suspicious objects is a container with a central cavity surrounded on top and on sides by walls formed from a plurality of containers filled with a dispersant. On lower external faces of side walls there are loop devices with folding splinter-proof screens, at that dimensions of swinging splinter-proof screens are not less than dimensions of corresponding side walls. In the upper parts of each side wall and each hinged splinterproof screen there is a lock-locking device with actuation force equal to 0.3-0.9 of the weight of the corresponding hinged splinterproof screen.

EFFECT: obtaining an explosion localiser, which ensures reduction of high-explosive and fragmentation actions during explosion of explosive objects.
