SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical technology, namely to a method for producing a liquid extract of Weyrich's knotweed leaves. Method of producing a liquid extract of Weyrich's knotweed leaves, comprising grinding, mixing with an extractant consisting of ethanol and water, and extraction of useful components under ultrasonic action, in which the extractant contains ethanol and water, taken in equal volumes, grinding of Weyrich's knotweed leaves is carried out to particle size of 1-3 mm, their mixing with the extractant is carried out in a weight-volume ratio of 1:5-15, and extraction is carried out under ultrasonic action with power of 60-90 W with frequency of 40 kHz and temperature of 42-60 °C for 30-40 minutes. Above method provides an accelerated production of a liquid extract of Weyrich's knotweed, which contains 90.8-160.6 mg/g of polyphenol components in terms of gallic acid, 39.0-72.1 mg/g of flavonoids in terms of rutin, and its antioxidant activity is 19.7-39.0 mg/g in terms of ascorbic acid.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing a liquid extract of Weyrich's knotweed leaves.
