SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) movement control systems for its high-precision bringing to the specified object. UAV control system includes a global navigation satellite systems receiver with an antenna, connected to a synchronizer, as well as to transmitters mounted on spacecraft, module for storing coordinates of the area of location of given target objects and their prioritization, a module for a three-dimensional electronic map of the area, where the probability of finding the target object is maximum, module for storing masks specific for radar displays of target objects obtained from different angles in a given frequency range, module for preparation and execution of final operation and their mutual connections. A phased antenna array is used as the antenna device.

EFFECT: high accuracy of aligning UAVs to mobile targets on the earth's surface.
