Abstract RU 2837317 C1

FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to an ocular thermosensitive gel and to a method for its preparation. Ophthalmic thermosensitive gel containing: lidocaine hydrochloride, poloxamer 407, in which the ratio of EO and PO units is 208:62 and molar mass is 12,700, poloxamer 188, in which the ratio of EO and PO blocks is 156:29 and molar mass 8,400, and polyethylene glycol 1500, sorbitol, dipotassium phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, taken at the following ratio of components, wt.%: Lidocaine hydrochloride 2.0-5.0; Poloxamer 407 16.0-20.0; Poloxamer 188 3.0-5.0; Polyethylene glycol 1500 2.0-5.0; Sorbitol 2.0; Dipotassium phosphate 11.5; Potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.5; Aqua purificata up to 100. Method of producing heat-sensitive eye gel, characterized by the fact that in water purified in a reactor, without heating dissolved potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.5 wt.%, dipotassium phosphate 11.5 wt.%, lidocaine hydrochloride 2.0-5.0 wt.%, poloxamer 407 16.0-20.0 wt.%, poloxamer 188 3.0-5.0 wt.%, polyethylene glycol 1500 2.0-5.0 wt.%, sorbitol 2.0 wt.% and stirred by means of an overhead propeller mixer for 40-60 minutes, then reactor is cooled by means of cryogen to temperature of 5-8 °C with no stirring for 4-6 hours to form a transparent homogeneous gel.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions provides creation of an ocular thermosensitive gel intended for local anaesthesia during surgical interventions in ophthalmology.
