SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and concerns the new strain «A/Kazakhstan/Iran-05/HER-10» of the foot-and-mouth disease virus Aphtae epizooticae of the A/ASIA/Iran-05/HER-10 genotype, Picornaviridae family, Aphthovirus genus, deposited in the All-Russian state collection of exotic types of foot-and-mouth disease virus and other animal pathogens (SCSM) FGBI "ARRIAH" under registration number No. 413 – dep/22-47 – GKShM FGBU "VNIIZZh". Presented strain is reproduced in transplantable cell cultures of Siberian ibex kidney (PSGK-30), pig kidney (IB-RS-2), and newborn Syrian hamster kidney (BHK-21). In a transplantable suspension cell culture of the kidney of the Syrian hamster BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH for 11.35±0.24 hours of incubation concentration of 146S component of the "A/Kazakhstan/Iran-05/HER-10" strain of the A/ASIA/Iran-05/HER-10 genotype of the foot-and-mouth disease virus has average values 2.19±0.09 mcg/cm3 (69.99±0.49%), preserving the initial characteristics when passaging in a new transplantable suspension cell line BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH.
EFFECT: presented strain "A/Kazakhstan/Iran-05/HER-10" can be used for production of biopreparations for diagnosis and specific prevention of foot-and-mouth disease of genotype A/ASIA/Iran-05/HER-10 and for control of antigenic activity of foot-and-mouth disease vaccines.
