FIELD: hydrocarbon oil processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to a method for processing fractionated oil with a high content of aromatic compounds, and it includes: (1) introducing a fractionated high aromatics oil into a fifth reaction unit for hydrogenation and subsequent fractionation to obtain a first light component and a first heavy component; (2) introducing the oil-free asphalt and the aromatics-containing stream containing the first heavy component into a hydrogen dissolution unit for mixing with hydrogen, and introducing the mixed material into a first hydrogenation reaction unit, the first reaction unit being a liquid phase hydrogenation reaction unit; (3) fractionating the liquid phase product from the first reaction unit to obtain a second light component and a second heavy component; (41) introducing the second light component into the second reaction unit for the reaction; and (42) introducing the second heavy component into the delayed coker for the reaction; or using the second heavy component as a low sulphur marine diesel component. The invention is also related to a system for processing fractionated oil with a high content of aromatic compounds.
EFFECT: improved results of hydroprocessing and a long period of stable operation of the device even at low partial pressures of hydrogen, reduced ratios of hydrogen and oil products and increased volumetric velocities.
