FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for the production of catalytic cracking gasoline, which provides for stages, at which 1): i) heavy feed oil is sprayed into an elevator reactor through the first nozzle, the first catalytic cracking catalyst is injected into the elevator reactor at the first injection point located below the first nozzle, and heavy feed oil is subjected to a catalytic cracking reaction to obtain the first reaction product; ii) hydrogenated recycled gas oil is sprayed into the elevator reactor used at the stage i) through the second nozzle, the second catalytic cracking catalyst is injected into the elevator reactor at the second injection point located below the second nozzle, and hydrogenated recycled gas oil is subjected to a catalytic cracking reaction to obtain the second reaction product; iii) a mixture of the first reaction product and the second reaction product is separated to obtain catalytic cracking gasoline and light recycled catalytic cracking gas oil; iv) light recycled catalytic cracking gas oil or its fraction is hydrogenated to obtain a hydrogenated product; and v) the hydrogenated product in the form of hydrogenated recycled gas oil is returned to the stage ii), wherein, in the direction of the height of the elevator reactor, the second nozzle is located above the first nozzle, and the second injection point occupies a position between the first nozzle and the second nozzle; or 2): i) heavy feed oil is sprayed into a primary elevator reactor through the first nozzle, the first catalytic cracking catalyst is injected into the primary elevator reactor at the first injection point located below the first nozzle, and heavy feed oil is subjected to a catalytic cracking reaction to obtain the first reaction product; ii) hydrogenated recycled gas oil is sprayed into a secondary elevator reactor through the second nozzle, the second catalytic cracking catalyst is injected into the secondary elevator reactor at the second injection point located below the second nozzle, and hydrogenated recycled gas oil is subjected to a catalytic cracking reaction to obtain the second reaction product; iii) a mixture of the first reaction product and the second reaction product is separated to obtain catalytic cracking gasoline and light recycled catalytic cracking gas oil; (iv) light recycled catalytic cracking gas oil or its fraction is hydrogenated to obtain a hydrogenated product; and (v) the hydrogenated product in the form of hydrogenated recycled gas oil is returned to the stage ii), wherein the second reaction product is fed to the upper part of the middle of the primary elevator reactor, where it is mixed with the first reaction product. The present invention also relates to a catalytic cracking system for implementing this method.
EFFECT: creation of optimized reaction conditions for hydrogenated recycled gas oil and heavy feed oil and, as a result, obtaining a high yield of high-octane gasoline.
