SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, in particular to recording equipment, which determines the optimal angle of arm bending in the elbow joint when throwing grenades by military personnel and development of optimal means and methods for improvement of their physical and technical readiness to ensure maximum throwing range with minimization of injuries. Proposed technical solution enables to provide automatic control of performance of technical actions on throwing grenades, in particular, determining the optimal angle of the arm in the elbow joint, which is used to throw the grenade, and at which the maximum throwing range will be provided.

EFFECT: automation of military personnel grenade throwing technique control, development of necessary physical qualities, coordination readiness, correct technique, reduction of injury rate.
