FIELD: railways.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport intended for transportation of goods, in particular, to freight cars/open-top wagons with cleaning hatches in the body floor. Car with cleaning hatches comprises a frame with a body on the chassis, in the floor of which there are cleaning hatches with hinged covers (4), each of which rests on beam frame (5) from above and is pivotally connected to beam frame (5) by two arched hinges (6) located on the outer side of the cover. Hinges of each cover are hinged by one end to beam frame, and by the other end are rigidly connected to outer side of cover (4). At the bottom of the body there is body bracket (7) with a through hole, on the cover hinge there is hinge bracket (8) rigidly fixed with longitudinal elongated through hole (9). In holes of brackets of body and hinge there installed is locking lever (10) in the form of rectilinear rod with bent ends. First bent end (10.1) of the locking lever comes out through the hole in bracket (7) of the body, and second end (10.2) of the locking lever comes out through elongated hole (9) in the bracket of hinge (8). Second end (10.2) of the locking lever is made with a length of not more than the length of elongated hole (9). Bent ends of the locking lever are located in mutually intersecting planes, each of which passes through the central straight section and the corresponding bent end. Length of first bent end (10.1) of the locking lever is made greater than the length of second bent end (10.2).

EFFECT: invention simplifies the design of the locking mechanism of the cleaning hatch cover in the floor of the car, increases reliability and ease of use.
