FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for automatic control of windmills, in particular, blade pitch adjustment. Blade drive of wind-driven power plant using kinetic energy of wind wheel includes blade pitch adjustment shaft, reverse action brakes and controller. Blade pitch adjustment shaft is located coaxially in the cavity of the main shaft and is connected to the blades. Reverse action brake is equipped with a spring fixation and has an input which is connected to the controller. Running nut with the blade pitch adjustment shaft form a screw pair. Input of the electromagnetic coupling of the sliding nut is connected to the controller. Electric motor installed on the sliding nut serves to start the wind-driven power plant and has an input connected to the controller. Blade pitch adjustment shaft is connected to the main shaft by means of a guide bushing providing free linear movement of the blade pitch adjustment shaft along the main shaft and simultaneously transmitting synchronous rotation from the main shaft to the blade pitch adjustment shaft. Reversible motor is coupled with sliding nut coupled with electromagnetic clutch. Electromagnetic clutch connects or disconnects the sliding nut to the main shaft by controller commands. Electromagnetic brake is equipped with a pressure device installed on the blade pitch adjustment shaft.
EFFECT: increased speed of wind wheel control, provision of control accuracy and reduced losses of generated electric power, increased reliability of the device.
