FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an alcoholic beverage composition containing a flavoured alcohol obtained from an infusion of alcoholised vegetal raw materials, including common juniper fruits, and water, characterized by the fact that it additionally contains an alcoholised infusion of Asian pigeonwings flowers (Clitoria ternatea) as a natural food colouring agent at the following ratios of components per 1,000 dal of the ready product: aromatic alcohol – 500-700 dal, alcoholised infusion of Asian pigeonwings flowers in an amount of preferably 5-15 dal or to the desired colour saturation of the beverage; treated water – the rest based on the required strength of the beverage.
EFFECT: invention enables to create an alcoholic beverage with the possibility of changing colour without adding an artificial colouring agent and without adding foreign/added sugar, original appearance and with possibility of convenient use in restaurants or at home for preparation of alcoholic cocktails that change colour and give a visual effect of unexpectedness.
