Proposed invention allows enhancing organoleptic indices and storing time of ready product. Balsam is stable in storing, it doesn't loss technical grade and doesn't form a precipitate, it exhibits original organoleptic properties: the presence of pleasant coffee tint in taste and coffee tint in aroma that is not peculiar to either of components of balsam.
