SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to forensic medicine, pathological anatomy. First skin incision is preceded by a tactile localization of a spermatic cord, then retreat 2.0 cm laterally from it and a first skin incision is made from above from an anterior abdominal wall to a cranial portion of the scrotum base. Then plate-like paired Farabeuf hooks are used to spread the wound edges, and to remove subcutaneous fat to find the cremaster muscle which is visualized as thin muscle fibres included in the spermatic cord and extending to the scrotum. That is followed by making the second skin incision covering the whole scrotum skin. That is followed by excising three fragments of the cremaster muscle for histological examination: at the level of the spermatic cord, at the point of transition onto the scrotum and in the scrotum itself.

EFFECT: method can be used for studying the myology and the male reproductive system.
