FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for treating sepsis. Antibiotics, immunomodulators and heparin are administered daily in a daily dose for 8-15 days. One half of the combination of the daily dose of two antibiotic preparations is administered intravenously drop-by-drop, and the second half of the daily dose of antibiotics is administered endolymphatically, then an immunomodulator is administered endolymphatically, and heparin is administered at the beginning and at the end of the endolymphatic infusion in dose of 1000-5000 IU. Endolymphatic introduction of the preparations is ensured by a peripheral lymphatic vessel of an inner surface of an upper one-third of shin or a middle one-third of thigh. Antibiotics are specified in the form of a combination of two types of carbapenems and lincosamides, III-IV generation cephalosporins and oxazolidinones. Immunomodulators are those with detoxifying, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
EFFECT: invention provides maintaining the therapeutic concentrations of the preparations used in the lymphatic system structures and in the circulatory system throughout the whole therapeutic course.
