SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry, experimental toxicology and histology. Isoniazid 60 mg/kg is administered intramuscularly into white rats daily for 14 days.
EFFECT: method provides formation of macroscopic and histological presentation of toxicoderma with mouth mucosa involvement in experimental animals that in turn enables studying methods of treating and preventing toxicoderma.
