FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. Cataract phacoemulsification is performed with capsulorhexis diameter 6.0 mm. An intraocular lens (IOL) and an artificial iris (AI) are implanted into a capsular sac by means of an injector. After implantation of the IOL, three additional paracenteses are performed, in which iridocapsular retractors are subsequently introduced, the AI is folded in two additions with the help of tweezers into the cartridge D. An injector is used for its implantation into the lumen of a capsular sac on the surface of the IOL without dilating the main incision with a hook for rotation under the edge of the anterior capsulorhexis. Further, the iridocapsular retractors are removed; the viscoelastic residues are removed by aspiration and irrigation; a depth of the anterior chamber is filled with BSS; the operation is completed by sealing the sutureless surgical approach.

EFFECT: method enables supporting the capsular sac within the capsulorhexis region during the AI implantation, as well as enables minimizing the injuries of the ligamentous apparatus of the lens.
