FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of treating a colon tumour. Disclosed is a method of treating a colon tumour involving administering a strain Clostridium ghonii MW-DCG-LCv-26, deposited in the National Institute of Measurements of Australia under deposit number V12/001486, in combination with apatinib. Clostridium ghonii is in the form of spores, apatinib is intratumour administered to a subject once day for 3 days, and then – Clostridium ghonii spores in dose 1×107 CFU/tumour/once every two days, a total of two times. Apatinib is administered through a probe in dose of 60 mg/kg/day, or 120 mg/kg/day, or 180 mg/kg/day.
EFFECT: invention provides tumour growth inhibition in a colon cancer model, reduced immunosuppressive state of the tumour microenvelopment.
