FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, instrumentation systems, in particular to devices for monitoring and adjusting the initial static gap of vibration displacement transducers of a gas compressor unit (GCU) supercharger. Method of adjusting the initial gap of the vibration displacement sensor in the static mode of the gas pumping unit supercharger comprises the following steps: connecting the portable panel to the power network through the connector, and the other connector is connected to the connector of the diagnostic outputs of the control and display unit of the vibration control system; switching 4-position switch to a first position to display the static gap value obtained from the first channel; vibration displacement sensor is screwed into the gas compressor unit housing until the specified value on the screen is achieved, and fixing the sensor with a lock nut; then switching 4-position switch to a second position to display the current value of the gap obtained from the second channel; control over the value of initial gaps of the third and fourth channels is carried out in a similar way.

EFFECT: providing rapid initial adjustment of the static gap of the GCU rotor vibration displacement transducers in various channels.
