SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology. Diagnosing in a patient with acute coronary syndrome on an electrocardiogram at rest a mandatory combination of the presence of ST segment elevation with an amplitude of less than 0.1 mV in leads I, aVL, ischemic changes in leads III, aVF, both direct, not reaching the diagnostically significant level in the acute period, and reciprocal, and an additional combination of these signs with at least one of the signs in the form of ST segment depression in leads V1-V3 with amplitude of 0.5–1.5 mm, diagnostically insignificant elevation of the ST segment in leads V4-V6, fragmentation of the QRS complex, intraventricular conduction disorders, changes in the localization of the elevation of the ST segment on the electrocardiogram in the form of ST-segment elevation in leads of lateral localization I, aVL on primary electrocardiogram, and ST-segment elevation in leads of lower localization III, aVF in dynamics.

EFFECT: method enables providing more effective diagnosis, reducing the length of diagnosis and specifying the indications for immediate 2-hour coronary angiography.
