FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology. A high-frequency ECG is performed. Analysis of the obtained ECG parameters with distribution into categories Abboud RAZ (RAZA), Abboud Percent RAZ (RAZAP), NASA RAZ (RAZN) is performed. ECG is recorded in derivations V2, V3R, V4R, V5R, V6R. Then in each of the recorded derivations – V2, V3R, V4R, V5R, V6R are determining the presence or absence of zones of reduced amplitude (RAZ) and assigning to each category a score: RAZA – 1 point, RAZAP – 2 points, RAZN – 3 points. Selecting the maximum score among the derived values in the five derivations, wherein if the RAZ values equal to the maximum value are more than one, then all maximum values are summed. If the RAZ score is equal to or greater than 6, the hemodynamically significant stenosis of the right coronary artery is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables high-accuracy, sensitivity and specificity determining the presence or absence of hemodynamically significant stenosis of the right coronary artery.
